Can I modify or cancel my order?
We usually send your order information to the person in charge of processing the dispatch of the goods at the end of the shopping day and cannot make any changes or cancellations if the order has already been dispatched. However, we will let you know if you can change/cancel your order depending on the order status.

What if my tracking number isn't working?
Generally the tracking number takes 1 to 2 days to appear in the carrier's system and normally you will receive it automatically by email. If it doesn't work or you didn't received it after a few days, please contact our support team at contact@famandglam.com.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Usually we ship orders after 1-2 business days, and the maximum delivery processing time is 15 business days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us at contact@famandglam.com.

My order has arrived but the product is wrong/damaged, what should I do?
Most orders arrive without problem, but in case of problem contact us at contact@famandglam.com by sending us the photos of the damaged or erroneous product with the order number.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What's going on ?
Make sure your email is correct when you place an order. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder. If you din't find it in your SPAM folder, please reach us on contact@famandglam.com.

I ordered more than 1 item, and i have only received one item, why is that ?
If you ordered two or three items at the same time, we do our best to ensure that you receive them in one package. However, there will be times when we need to split your order into multiple shipments. The reason is that the ordered items are shipped from different fulfillment centers. So don't panic if you didn't received all the items at the same time… They will get to you! Otherwise, you'll receive a tracking number for each item sent separately.
