Short post. Just wanted to share that our offer on an exciting house was accepted.
This is REALLY, REALLY big. This house is over 150 years old!!!! I am over the moon! This house is so amazing. I cannot wait to share the big news with you! But…as all you flippers know, I have to protect this house until it is legally mine. This is a HUGE win and the biggest project (financially) we have ever undertaken.
I actually dreamt of this house last night. I am already in love with it and it has such an awesome back story. Stay tuned!
